Most shops just look up a color code and start spraying. But paint changes over time due to the New Jersey sun and weather. If we only used the “factory code,” the new part would look like a bright patch on an older quilt.
Surface Prep: We professionally clean the surrounding panels to reveal the true current color of your car.
Test Cards: We spray actual metal cards with your custom mix and compare them to your car in direct sunlight and under shop lights to ensure the “flop” (how the color looks from different angles) is perfect.
The Seamless Blend: We “feather” the paint into the neighboring panels so there is no visible line where the new paint meets the original.
